Mentorship

Mentorship is about owning your brilliance and building the trust to share it. Together, we’ll expand your voice, your work, and your leadership.

If you want something different, you have to do something different. You have to become someone different. Choosing a mentor helps you hold that expansion.

Root into your own brilliance .

You get me for a whole 6 months: we meet twice a month, we have weekly check-ins, I'm your go-to, we walk forward in ways that are sustainable as you build the nervous system, scaffolding, experimentation, and tangible offers. You don't have to do it alone.

Your needs are different from someone else's. What you want to build is different. WHO you are is part of your brilliance and the edge you bring to your work. Giving yourself permission to really play with your personality and own it is part of what will bring you closer to living as your most honest self.

This isn't all flashy work, it's nuanced and intimate and real-human stuff, but it's the kind that aligns your insides with how you want to live on the outside. It's the kind that makes a difference.

The people I've worked with this year have...

  • stepped into their studio and led it from the front, reorganizing and owning their leadership and teaching voice, and launched a new studio
  • feel solid in their teaching format, growing workshops, setting boundaries with their time and energy, and becoming the go-to in their community for those who want depth and authenticity
  • dreamed up and started a new online business, and met their goal of clients in the first cohort
  • built an in-person coaching business and met their goal of clients and finding ease in building their social media with an understanding of long-game mentality
  • took the leap into doing things on their own

This journey was a true act of reclaiming myself, and it's something I now see as a turning point in my life.

I reached out to Bonnie when my yoga teaching felt stagnant and my personal practice was missing its joy. I had hoped for a spark, but her mentorship gave me so much more. This journey was a true act of reclaiming myself, and it's something I now see as a turning point in my life.

Bonnie is a truly extraordinary woman—what you see on social media is exactly the person who holds space for you with genuine warmth and kindness. This mentorship went beyond poses and sequences; it was a sacred space where I could share how my life—all of it—impacts everything.

The result has been nothing short of a total renewal. I've fallen in love with learning again, which has inspired me to create more unique and joyful sequences for my classes. More importantly, I feel like a more whole and confident person. I'm a better friend, partner, and human because of the way Bonnie has expanded my perspective and helped me move forward with clarity. This mentorship has been invaluable.

Her style is to amplify who you already are.

Having Bonnie as a mentor is different than anything I’ve ever experienced. She’s not a life coach in a way that is making you feel like you have to change yourself. Her style is to amplify who you already are. That's an incredible opportunity.

Working with her was a safe container to process my goals, passions, and creative ideas.

Working with Bonnie was the next right step for me. I knew I wanted to say "yes" to creating something where I am able to help people doing what I love, and I could feel through her energy and teachings that she was doing just that. Working with her was a safe container to process my goals, passions and creative ideas. She would always do her best to see and understand me, then give insight. She gave such a perfect blend of practical tools and mindset work - becaue she has been there too.

Hi, I'm Bonnie.

My favorite classes in school were always the anatomy ones. I majored in English but geeked-out over dissections. Combine that with growing up in a strict religious upbringing, then leaving it, and you have me landing in a place that’s curious, not interested in dogmatic or hierarchical practices, and most interested in celebrating the freedom to move.

There’s so much room for creative expression in sequencing, both from the teacher and the student. I combine my knowledge of movement science with the yoga world and offer a playful, cool AF, and intellectual approach to teaching flow.

I’ve mentored hundreds of teachers to use their own embodied experience and authentic voice to step into leadership. It’s life-changing to witness.

I love working with teachers who have a mindset of abundance, bravery, and a fierce love for people.
