Flow School isn’t just about learning how to teach better classes—it’s about remembering how to feel them.
It’s five days of embodied exploration, held in community, designed to reconnect you to your creativity, your voice, and your practice. This isn’t prescriptive yoga. This is about listening—to your students, your breath, and the space between movements.
Whether you’re newly certified or decades into your teaching path, this immersive experience will stretch you—in your artistry, your sequencing, and your presence.
Flow is a practice of
This is where creative sequencing meets deep embodiment, where you don’t just study the method—you live it.
You’ll explore how to build thoughtful, scalable, breath-driven classes designed around a Peak Flow rather than a peak pose. You’ll refine the skill of cueing with power and clarity. You’ll move, write, speak, reflect, and practice in community.
This immersive is designed to meet you where you are, and take you deeper.
You’ll learn to:
The joy of exploring new movements and refining familiar ones is enhanced by a teacher's ability to create choreography that supports and inspires students.

Flow School turns traditional sequencing sideways. It’s rooted in movement science, breath, and intuition—not rigid lineages or memorized scripts. You’ll leave with tools to create your own method, not follow someone else’s.
Definitely. Flow School is adaptable to all speeds and styles. Whether you teach slow, strong, or somewhere in between, you’ll learn how to design impactful, breath-paced classes.
Yes. Daily teaching labs are a core part of the immersive. You’ll practice in small groups, receive direct feedback, and refine your voice in a supportive, non-judgmental space.
I accept a maximum of 18 teachers in each in-person training. It’s important that the group is small enough that I can connect with every person and that each person has opportunities to teach.

This 50-hour course does not provide official CEU’s, but if you need documentation for any reason, I’m happy to offer it.
The cost of In-Person Flow School covers your learning and materials that I will provide. You are responsible for securing your own housing and meals and can personalize the experience in a way that meets your needs and desires.
Yes AND only if you are interested in a combined embodied and movement science approach to the tradition of sequencing. Flow School will turn traditional sequencing sideways and give us an opportunity to get curious and play with new ideas. It is unlike other trainings.
I cannot speak for where you are, what brings you the most joy, and where you feel most called to grow, so ultimately I cannot answer for you. But I do know that you will leave with things you did not have before.
Yes!
You do not have to have prior teaching experience to join Flow School. It will support your teaching journey significantly with the specific focus on sequencing. When you use the Flow School method, your sequencing and classes will be grounded with an understanding of what/why/how, able to be personalized to bring your voice to them, and give you ways to scale movement for many levels of experience and ability.
No prior YTT experience is mandatory for Flow School, but it’s really helpful to come with a foundation of yoga postures. If you are interested in nerding out on body awareness, sequencing and teaching, you’ll be in good company.
You’ll receive two follow-up group Zoom sessions and one personal coaching session.
You can continue learning through the Flow School Online Membership for $65/month. It includes on-demand lessons, live monthly sequencing sessions, cueing labs, and a community of creative teachers. It’s a space to stay connected, deepen your practice, and keep expanding your voice as a teacher.
Only for online Flow School.

Still have questions?
Hi, I'm Bonnie.
My favorite classes in school were always the anatomy ones. I majored in English but geeked-out over dissections. Combine that with growing up in a strict religious upbringing, then leaving it, and you have me landing in a place that’s curious, not interested in dogmatic or hierarchical practices, and most interested in celebrating the freedom to move.
There’s so much room for creative expression in sequencing, both from the teacher and the student. I combine my knowledge of movement science with the yoga world and offer a playful, cool AF, and intellectual approach to teaching flow.
I’ve mentored hundreds of teachers to use their own embodied experience and authentic voice to step into leadership. It’s life-changing to witness.
I love working with teachers who have a mindset of abundance, bravery, and a fierce love for people.
