This is a remembering .

Flow School isn’t just about learning how to teach better classes—it’s about remembering how to feel them.

It’s five days of embodied exploration, held in community, designed to reconnect you to your creativity, your voice, and your practice. This isn’t prescriptive yoga. This is about listening—to your students, your breath, and the space between movements.

Whether you’re newly certified or decades into your teaching path, this immersive experience will stretch you—in your artistry, your sequencing, and your presence.

Flow is a practice of becoming .

This is where creative sequencing meets deep embodiment, where you don’t just study the method—you live it.

You’ll explore how to build thoughtful, scalable, breath-driven classes designed around a Peak Flow rather than a peak pose. You’ll refine the skill of cueing with power and clarity. You’ll move, write, speak, reflect, and practice in community.

This immersive is designed to meet you where you are, and take you deeper.

You’ll learn to:

  • Build fluid, circular sequences without relying on sun salutations
  • Design movement progressions that serve all levels and body types
  • Cue with clarity, command, and compassion
  • Scale transitions using breath, props, and creative modifiers
  • Weave science, storytelling, and intuition into embodied class design
  • Lead with presence—and hold space in a way that’s honest and magnetic

The joy of exploring new movements and refining familiar ones is enhanced by a teacher's ability to create choreography that supports and inspires students.

This is about claiming your creativity and understanding the “why” behind sequencing in a way that feels intuitive and educated.

This is for teachers who want to...

Step into the room, not just the role. Practice, learn, and lead in a hands-on environment where you’ll move, teach, experiment, and receive real-time feedback every day.

Foundation freedom icon

Scale your flows with skill, using modifiers of difficulty and adaptive transitions to teach to many levels at once—without losing the integrity of the sequence.

Hear from alumni:

Flow school changed me in a much bigger way than I expected that has gone way beyond just teaching.

I went into Flow School thinking my biggest takeaway would be about sequencing. While that was a huge takeaway I was surprised by how empowered I felt to bring more play and flow into EVERY aspect of my life.

Before flow school I was feeling very stuck and rigid in the ways I taught yoga and sequenced. I was in a creative block and it felt like my brain was running into a brick wall every time I tried to plan a class. Flow School bulldozed through that brick wall by giving me permission to be playful and curious in my own yoga practice which can then carry over into my teaching.

In the past, I struggled with sequencing and teaching yoga because what I wanted to teach didn’t quite fit into any traditional box.

While I was trained in Hatha, Budokon Yoga and Mobility, I didn't want to teach those on their own and I had no formal training in how to teach a yoga "flow" class. Flow School has really opened my eyes to the endless possibilities of blending different elements to create the flow I’ve been longing to explore in my own body and teach others. I truly appreciate the circle flow and the framework that Bonnie provided, offering us a balance of structure within the freedom to play and create (even naming our own poses - that was huge for me).

Flow School was so much more on a whole damn life level! It gave me direction I didn’t realize I needed or even know I wanted!

I am forever grateful for my time with my cohort at Flow School, for Bonnie’s complete presence and owning and giving space, for all the growth we did in such a short time and how it continues! I had no idea that I was about to become some deeply connected to these strangers, one of the most powerful connectedness I’ve felt. Full of gratitude!!!!!

The community meant everything to me.

It was an incredible gift to share space with people radiating positive energy, all genuinely invested in each other’s success. It was a mutual exchange of encouragement and support. Every person in that room truly felt like a gift. Throughout the entire experience, I felt deeply seen, heard, and held.

There’s something magical about stepping out of your usual environment and pressing pause on your everyday life for a week. It felt like we’d entered a Narnia-like world where time stood still, allowing us to simply be present with one another and dive deep into something we all love.

This experience has completely transformed me!!

I was reminded how powerful it can be being in a room with 18 women, especially when the leader exudes that energy for us to trust ourselves.

Flow School gave me the permission I needed to move forward and have the confidence in myself.

IRL Flow School gave me permission to teach in a way that I thought I hadn’t been given permission to do before. And of course Bonnie, through her online presence, gives that permission but it didn’t hit me until I was in person with people. All of us wanting to learn and teach and move in a similar yet unique way. Doing that together with breath and bodies and sweat and being able to vibe off of one another and receive feedback - it gave me the permission I needed to move forward and have the confidence in myself to do it.

Working with Bonnie helped me feel a lot more seen, understood, and courageous.

Working with Bonnie helped me feel a lot more seen, understood, courageous enough to think outside the box and own my deeper creative impulses as a yoga teacher and general human. I love the way Bonnie gets down deep into the crevices of working and doesn't let up. She keeps you in those challenging spaces and says, "keep going...you got this."

I would do this course 1,000 times over!

I would do this course 1,000 times over! Not only was learning a new way to teach exactly what I needed, but the friendships that came from that week felt like going back to Teacher Training. As a veteran teacher, it can be hard to find opportunities like this. So thank you for creating that space ♥︎

Nobody has ever brought this aspect into any training or even any class I’ve taken.

The most surprising element of Flow School was how playful and fun teaching and practicing can be (surprise lol!). Nobody has ever brought that aspect into any training or even any class I’ve taken. It was very refreshing.

Finding a connection with myself is something I’ve been missing.

Working with Bonnie helped me feel a lot more free and fluid. Finding a connection with myself is something I’ve been missing.

I'm an experiential learner.

I'm an experiential learner. If I had to stare at a screen, I knew I wouldn't give it my full attention and would have 10 tabs open at the same time or prioritize something else. I was going to patiently wait until an IRL training came to fruition. And I'm glad that I did.

Hi, I'm Bonnie.

My favorite classes in school were always the anatomy ones. I majored in English but geeked-out over dissections. Combine that with growing up in a strict religious upbringing, then leaving it, and you have me landing in a place that’s curious, not interested in dogmatic or hierarchical practices, and most interested in celebrating the freedom to move.

There’s so much room for creative expression in sequencing, both from the teacher and the student. I combine my knowledge of movement science with the yoga world and offer a playful, cool AF, and intellectual approach to teaching flow.

I’ve mentored hundreds of teachers to use their own embodied experience and authentic voice to step into leadership. It’s life-changing to witness.

I love working with teachers who have a mindset of abundance, bravery, and a fierce love for people.
