I’m in love with bodies — the way they work, how they evolve, what’s possible, how everything (past just the physical) is connected, and the miracle that we even get this experience.
And I adore teaching — how I get a front-row seat to witness others work with their bodies, their sense of belonging, the stories in their heads, how they give themselves permission, and how they play with freedom and control.
I’m obsessed with helping others find flow state, celebration in the process, and owning the hell out of their voice.
But damn, it’s been a journey to get here...
