This retreat will remind you to step bravely into curiosity and own the hell out of your life.

Calling all people who desire more celebration in their life.

Did you hear it’s my birthday during this retreat?!

If you like to move your body, have both solo and community experiences, dive into your own creativity and growth, and give yourself full-ass permission to play, this is for you.

We need all genders and gender expressions to build a community that frees us all.

Storytime

I was told for a long time there was only one way to be happy and build a life, but there’s so many ways to be right! When I gave myself permission to ask more questions, choose again, even if it was a little uncomfortable, I found the kind of joy that makes me feel whole.

It’s fun AF and supportive to own the hell out of who you are and find play when you’re part of a community that wants the same.

We all want freedom to move.

That’s what this retreat is about.

We are here to celebrate!

This week together is MY BIRTHDAY WEEK! Together, we’re going to do all the things I love to play with.

I have created space for others in intimate settings over the past 20 years to learn, play, and expand themselves. Without a doubt, this one going to be a favorite.

FAQs

Q: Is there an age minimum to attend?

A: Yes. You have to be at least 18 years old.

Q: Is this for women, men, and nonbinary people combined?

A: Yes. I’ve hosted a multi-gender retreat in the past and it’s a rich experience to retreat all together.

Q: What do I need to bring?

A: You will be sent a packing list when we get closer to time.

Q: Do I have to participate in the optional Birthday Suit yoga class?

A: This is an optional activity. You also don’t have to be fully nude, just as much as you want. (Swimsuit? Then jump in the ocean?) There is zero pressure to participate in any part of the retreat. There are a lot of thoughts/feelings about nudity and especially in mixed gender company. Part of our experience together will be conversations about embracing our full-ass selves. I will be offering Birthday Suit Yoga on my actual Birthday.

Q: Who will I be rooming with?

A: If you’re in the bunk room, you’ll be sharing the space with everyone else also bunking there, like a hostel. I’ll bring earplugs! If you’re sharing a King bed, then you’ll be assigned a roommate. There will be a form sent out to gather any information on roommate preference.

Q: Will the food be allergy-friendly?

A: Yes. There will be an info form sent out as we get close to time. You will be able to share any preferences and allergies. We will have a chef staying with us to nourish us.

Q: Is this space wheelchair accessible?

A: No. There are stairs to enter the house.

Q: Do I have to do everything on the schedule?

A: No. You always have the freedom to choose. And also, sometimes we can be surprised by what we learn when we try new things.

Q: What airport should I fly into?

A: PDX, the Portland International Airport.

Q: How far away is the retreat location from the airport?

A: With no traffic, it will take 2 hours to arrive.

Q: What is your thought on inclusivity?

A: There is no tolerance for hate-speech of any kind at this gathering. All bodies and peoples are invited who understand that others’ right to exist doesn’t diminish their own. I trust that you will take care of yourself, claim ownership over what you need, and show up willing to expand. There will be people who identify as non-binary, women, and men at this retreat. There will be white and Black folks. There will be people that practice yoga a lot, others it’s an occasional thing. Enter playfully. Make friends with yourself and others.

Your time on Earth is limited. Don’t try to ‘‘age with grace,’’ age with mischief, audacity, and a good story to tell.

I’m so excited to celebrate our lives together this week. xo - Bonnie
